If you are an IP Core Provider and wish to integrate Turbo Codes into your IP, France Telecom, Teledifussion de France (TDF), and Groupe des Escole (GET) will not assert their rights against any sale of an IP Core to any ASIC or equipment manufacturer.

This assertion is contingent on the signing of an IP Core Designer Agreement and becoming an Official IP Core Provider.
